Your card this year has brought the news of your tragic loss and I can only say that I am deeply shocked and my heartfelt sympathy goes out to you all.
Although our time in Barningham was relatively short, I am glad of the friendship I had with you, Deborah, and that our two little girls enjoyed their early months together. I loved getting all the updates of what you were all doing, so please know that my thoughts are with you this Christmas.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Miles away from you but still can remember Stuarts surprise on his face when I told him I shaged a guy off our beach. When will you two learn to speak English! Miss yea.

This poem touched my heart and I wanted to share it with you and yours...
I am Standing on the Seashore
I am standing on the seashore. A ship spreads her white sails to the morning breeze & starts for the ocean. I stand watching her until she fades on the horizon, & someone at my side says, "She is gone." Gone where? The loss of sight is in me, not in her. Just at the moment when someone says, "She is gone," there are others who are watching her coming. Other voices take up the glad shout, "Here she comes," & that is dying.—Canon Henry Scott Holland.

Lauren will be forever in our hearts, Love Darcel & Miranda xoxoxo
